Installation Instructions

Step 1: Unzip this file in your site's packages/ directory.
Step 2: Login to your site as an administrator.
Step 3: Find the "Add Functionality" page in your dashboard.
Step 4: Find this package in the list of packages awaiting installation.
Step 5: Click the "install" button.

Changing Banners

Step 1: Put your site on edit mode.
Step 2: Click settings (Cog icon upper left).
Step 3: Click Attribute.
Step 4: Locate "Banner" option at the very bottom and click it.
Step 5: An image selection box should appear on the right.
Step 6: Choose image to replace banner.
Step 7: Save changes and publish page

Removing Banners

Step 1: Put your site on edit mode.
Step 2: Click settings (Cog icon upper left).
Step 3: Click Attribute.
Step 4: Locate "Hide Banner" option at the very bottom and click it.
Step 5: Tick the checkbox.
Step 6: Save changes and publish page.

​Creating Blog / Team

This theme has sample content. The sample content has a built in blog that has been configured to help end users create blog entries.

To create a blog, locate the icon with two pages on the upper right part of your screen and select "Blog Entry". You should then be taken to the page composer. Fill all the required options. Make sure to select a path where your blog post should go. Click save and publish.

Adding Thumbnails to Pagelists

When creating a blog post you will automatically have the option to select an image as a thumbnail on the composer form. But what if you want to add images to pages that are not created using blog entry? Here are the steps:

Step 1: Put your site on edit mode.
Step 2: Click settings (Cog icon upper left).
Step 3: Click Attribute.
Step 4: Locate "Thumbnail" option for 5.7.4.1 and earlier. But if your version is below 5.7.4.1 the option is named "Pagelist thumbnail".
Step 5: Click the option and an image select box should appear on the right

Using Autonav Templates

Add an autonav to the body of your page. Once the autonav is on the page click on it and click "Design & Custom Templates".

This should open up another set of icons that will help you customize the autonav block. Click on the cog icon and you should see a select box for custom templates. Here, you can choose the appropriate custom block for your autonav block.

Using Pagelist Templates

Pagelist templates are pretty awesome! Using them is similar to how you would add an autonav template to an autonav block (See above). There are 8 pagelist custom templates and the best way to show you how they look is to click here: Pagelist Templates

Step 1: Drag a pagelist block to your page and input necessary settings and save.
Step 2: Click on it and select "Design & Custom Templates".
Step 3: Click the cog icon.
Step 4: Select a custom template.

Using Feature Templates

The feature block is a block used to display an icon and a content. In itself, the feature block is pretty good but with the c5box feature template it adds another level of depth to your design.

Step 1: Drag a feature block to your page and input necessary settings and save.
Step 2 Click on it and select "Design & Custom Templates".
Step 3: Click the cog icon.
Step 4: Select a custom template and select from the list

Adding Page title to Banner

Step 1: Go to inner page and click the banner area
Step 2: Choose Page Attribute Display block
Step 3: Add block and click on it to display more options
Step 4: Choose custom templates and select C5box_pagetitle

Adding Sticky sidebar

Step 1: Click on an area and select add block
Step 2: Choose the FAQ block
Step 3: Add block and click on it to display more options
Step 4: Choose custom templates and select C5box_sticky

Adding Accordion

Step 1: Click on an area and select add block
Step 2: Choose the FAQ block
Step 3: Add block and click on it to display more options

Adding newsletter form

Step 1: Click on an area and select add block
Step 2: Choose the Form block
Step 2: Only add an email address field and add a label (will be converted to placeholder)

Using Word Flipper

Step 1: Add a Content block
Step 2: Add text in this format "Word1|Word2|Word3|Word4"
Step 3: Highlight word and select custom styles from the WYSIWYG menu
Step 4: Choose Word Flip.
Step 5: Save, publish and reload page

Using Carousel style news/pagelist

Step 1: Drag a pagelist block to your page and input necessary settings and save.
Step 2: Click on it and select "Design & Custom Templates".
Step 3: Click the cog icon.
Step 4: Select a custom template.
Step 5: Choose between c5box_plist_3col_carousel or c5box_plist_4col_carousel
Step 6: Save, publish and reload page

Adding fade effects on feature and pagelist blocks

Step 1: Click pagelist or feature block and select "Design and custom templates"
Step 2: Click the magic wand icon
Step 3: Click custom class to bring out the effects

Note: Some effects are buggy on some custom pagelist

Using the arallax area on the home pagetype

Step 1: Click on the "Parallax Area" and select "Edit Area Design"
Step 2: Click on the image icon
Step 3: Under the image field, find and use an image from the file manager.
Step 4: Save, clear cache, reload page.
Step 5: Profit. :)

Using the parallax block

Note: Parallax boxes looks best on Full/Wide areas

Step 1. Select a Wide area and add block
Step 2. Select Parallax block
Step 3. Fill content and select image
Step 6: Save, publish and reload page

Using the animate slider custom template

Important notes:
Images must have the same height (preferably 350px)
Under options, all items except slide duration have been disabled.

Using the Marquee image slider

Note: Needs to be similar height and width (ideally 140px wide and 30px high)

Step 1: Select an area, preferably non-wide, and add block
Step 2: Select Image slider block
Step 3: Add image and leave Title and Description blank. Add link if you want.
Step 4: Click save.
Step 5: Go to custom templates and select c5box_marquee
